Wes Watson Nearly Attacks Journalists In Miami

In a new video posted by legendary YouTube content creator Eric Kanvesky, it seems that Wes Watson is back to his old ways. The outspoken motivational speaker and male betterment coach is currently facing felony assault and battery charges in Miami. That case stems from the gang-style beatdown of a special needs man at Elev8tion Fitness in Miami, FL. Apparently, Watson had been calling out anyone brave enough to face him 1:1. Elv8tion knew about Watson’s activities on social media but took no action until after the gang-beatdown video went viral. Not only did Elev8tion not take action, some might argue they tried to destroy evidence through what they were hoping would be unsuspecting Miami Police Officers. Not only did the seasoned street cops not assist them, but they wouldn’t even relay the gym’s request to the victim to release his footage. That footage showed a fight that was never fair. It was Wes and goons savagely beating one man. And most of the attack took place when the man was on the floor, totally defenseless, and posing no threat to them.

The incident at Elev8tion Fitness took place in late December 2024. Today, it’s late March 2025, and here we are weighing in another incident where Wes Watson came very close to attacking more people. In this matter, Eric Kanevsky and his team merely wanted to measure Wes’s height and weigh him. Plus, Watson was supposedly a fan of Eric’s. That theory is based on the fact Watson posted an Instagram story giving props to Kanevsky. Nonetheless, as soon as Watson saw Kanevsky and his team, he went from angry to furious almost instantaneously.

Be Sure To Check Out Eric’s Video!!

Seeing how close Eric and his team got to real danger was eye-opening. I applaud Eric on his creativity and his work ethic, but this could have gone way worse. Watson’s guys looked super on-edge and if they were able to react the way they did on camera, while Wes is facing felony charges (FROM A CRIME THEY WERE INVOLVED IN) – it just makes you think what they might be capable of without the cameras? And what gym were they at? What kind of gym owner would want this type of liability on their hands? The answer is, a stupid one.

Watch Jon Bravo’s Commentary

On a parting note, I think Jon Bravo made a great point on his commentary. And that was this, these guys are awfully loud and boisterous while rocking those numbers, but what if they were all by themselves? Well, we saw the two very different demeanors of Wes Watson. One with Eric and his team and the other would be that CVS encounter. Another is the Elev8tion incident. When all on his own, Wes is another person. He’s not a better person, just a lot less loud and menacing one. There’s a word for that..

All in all, this nightmare will continue. Kudos once again to Eric and his team. Great work!!
