Connor Murphy was an O.G., one of the first to help launch the fitness movement on social media. He understood the importance of reaching the masses – particularly the youth – through entertainment and humor. He used his physique, as well as his knowledge of clean eating, lifting, and supplementation, to reach millions through YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Connor was the real deal – he embodied what so many imitators shoot for on a daily basis.

Murphy passed away on July 7th, 2026, in Thailand, where he lived. We send heartfelt condolences to his friends, family, and fans.
